FAQs

  • Are you available in person or online?
    For residents of Ontario, virtual or phone sessions are available. For residents of Haliburton County, sessions are offered in-person at the office of Haliburton County Chiropractic at 1003 South Lake Rd. Minden, ON. K0M 2K0
  • When do I pay?
    Payments for sessions are due at the time that services are rendered. Receipts are provided and you can submit them to your insurance company if applicable. Payment can be made by e-transfer or Credit Card. A 50% session fee will be applied to the credit card on file for sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice (72 hours notice for evening sessions after 4pm).
  • Do you direct-bill to my insurance company?
    No. You will want to confirm that your insurance covers services by Registered Social Workers. Payment is provided directly to Kelsey Sharpless Counselling, a receipt is emailed and you can submit that to your insurance company for reimbursement.
